For our research-oriented graduate programs, a diverse body of coursework is oriented towards development of critical approaches to identifying and solving problems in education while also strengthening research competence through research methods. Therefore, graduate students in our department should be capable of:
Exploring specific educational domains both broadly and deeply;
Using either qualitative or quantitative research methods to analyze various kinds of research data;
Actively joining national and international academic conferences and publishing papers.
